The course provides students with an orientation in debt issues and the system of consumer protection in the Czech Republic and in the legislation that regulates it. It is based on the knowledge of legal science and deepens students' skills to apply legal norms to specific cases. In case of extraordinary need, the seminar can be conducted by communication (audiovideo) means of remote access via the Internet.
