The course of Religious Studies introduces students to the very foundations of European culture, which are based on the Greek-Jewish-Christian philosophical and spiritual tradition. On the basis of methodologically grasped critical thinking, individual religious traditions are compared, their opinions regarding the relation to timeless, cult, holy books, traditions and religious attitude of followers of given directions are evaluated, which reflects the life of a particular person and the whole society. In the course of Religious Studies,  students will learn not only Greek, Jewish and Christian traditions, but they are also confronted with spiritual aspects of Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Shinto, or other religious traditions.
